The main concept taught in Christianity is that Jesus Christ is the son of God, and that after living a sinless life as a man on Earth, He allowed himself to be killed, to be a spotless sacrifice that would save the human race from its sinful nature and the results of its sinful nature.

Also, Christianity teaches us to adhere to the teachings of Christ. His primary message revolves around love. We are to love God with everything that we are, and we are to love other humans as much as we love ourselves. Every commandment God has ever given us stems from these two commandments of love. It is because of God's love for us that Jesus Christ became a sacrifice for us. The Apostle Paul taught us that without a foundation of love, we are no better than an empty noise.
