Well you detox, you lose weight so they say, through replacing your diet and taking a two week for example tea with natural supplements. The problem however with these detox teas is they can have side effects on the very rare occasion that your body will react towards in , more likely if your on any other medication but really its one in a million, the bigger problem is that when your two weeks is up or however long you are teatoxing for, the weight usually tends to pile back on , causing depression and anxiety on most, unless you keep up the fitness and do extensive exercising during and after the detox, the weight will come straight back and the teatox is kinda pointless, your really better off just doing it the old fashion healthy way, exercising and watching your diet, research weight losing tips and I'm sure you will build the confidence to take care of your body.
