It is really hard to have a hospital where there are no nurses. Nurses are said to be one of the important bodies in the hospital. Their occupation, however, makes the community different through promoting health and increasing employment. Nursing is seen as an important profession for it makes the health field function properly through assisting doctors. When they help their doctors, they help them in caring, cleaning and distributing medications to their patients. They also promote the meaning of hygiene and nutrition through lectures and group discussions. What else they can be important? Well, they also can assist in the operating rooms and help in child deliveries. With these evidences, it can be hard to think that nursing may not be an important career in the eyes of others. Besides promoting health, the existence of this profession elimates unemployment rate. How? Well, some people who decide to get trained in this field. After their training, they are likely to get jobs that will make them financially secure. In summary, I think Nursing is still one of the professions that no one can afford to respect for it promotes health awareness and employment strategies.
