sweating is a way of your body trying to cool you down. if you sweat alot it means you are working hard and getting your blood pumping fast. fit people sweat more than regular people as their bodies have more efficient cooling systems.

No, I am a collage student in premed and can tell younsweating is ideal for living. When you sweat it does two things, it cools you down so you dont overheat, and it releases built up fat.

Kinda-sorta. If you get warm, sweating protects you from overheating, which is a good thing. But there's no health benefit from sweating if you don't need it.
