I believe that the best horseback riding camps are those that are at stables that are in use all year round with horses that have had lessons on them and trainers and instructors that know the horse they are working with, stear clear of camps that lease their horses for the summer the horses come from barns that in my experience don't take very good care of the horses and many of the horses have bad habits. Look for camps that are primarily horseback riding.

firstly i am guessing butlins is in the UK cuz i have never been to a butlins here in USA so yeah. I guess they do cuz my friend went thier for a school exange thing to the UK and she did go to a butlins. She said she saw horses and kids riding them, also they do donkey riding. Hope that helps :D
anyone at any age can really help... if you know how to handle a horse well enough... i used to volunteer.. i was 13 then.. there are many younger kids... probably no younger then about 9 that i have heard of. hope this helps....
