I have a 2003 Accord. The car runs great expect you can expect to spend money on front brakes every 20 to 30K miles. A high performance slotted and drilled racing type rotor will last a little bit longer than origins parts. I've read the whole brake system is under sized for the car. I too am looking for a perm fix.
And I have a 2003 Honda Accord with 75,000 miles with the original brake pads and rotors that still have many mile left on them. So as you can see it all depends on how you drive. An OEM rotor will be fine unless you are like the above driver who wears them out every 30,000 miles.
