I am about that age and am currently using Kotex Pads. I love them! :D Many girls and women use Always Pads as I used to, but I don't recommend them because I got vuvalitis and a yeast infection from the plastic on them. :P :( Stayfree Pads are okay, but get "worn out" easily. :/ You will just have to experiment and see which kind is best for you. There's a sanitary pad called "LoveMoon" and they are using the best components that passes ISO standards.
