cruise control:
left most is on/off
right most is set/resume (top/bottom respectively)
little round one is cancel, allows you to cancel the cruise, but remembers the setting for the resume feature.
In the middle of the steering wheel.... If you have the SE package, you most likely have the sound-system controls on the wheel which can make it confusing. There are two horn buttons located within thumb's reach at roughly 2:30 and 9:30 on the steering wheel.
you don't because it's a federal offense to remove a steering wheel that has a stock air bag in it
i am not sure on newer hondas, but on 92-95 Honda civics there are 2 buttons. one on the left and one on the right side of the center of the wheel. not directly in the center like most cars

If the car has an airbag in the steering wheel then take it to a professional mechanic to have it done. If you try to do it yourself then it may come out and cause serious damage. Trust me.
