The few issues to be worried about here would be that the child could be an "A+" blood type, which means you will need to take additional medications to prevent your body from "rejecting" it in the womb. However, there are easy ways to make sure that you don't have this problem. Another thing you may consider here, since you're already looking at blood types, is genetic profiles. This will help you understand the risks of having a child with specific genetic defects, such as Downs Syndrome.
