It depends on how long you have been taking the antibiotics, and how strong they are. Let's say for example, you are taking an anti___ for an acute kidney or bladder infection; you would need backup methods such as condoms, etc. the entire time up to a week or so after you stopped the antibiotics. If the meds are for a toothache or something of the sort, I would still use the same backup. Antibiotics (other than missing pills, or doing hard illegal drugs while on them) are the main reason women who are on Birth Control pills and take them regularly get pregnant. I know this because it happened to me, and others I have met. I was on Orhto Tricyclen for 5 months on track. I got a bladder infection and was put on antibiotics. The same month, I got pregnant. I now have a beautiful 7 year old girl. But, just wanted to answer your question - Your chances are REALLY GOOD if you don't use backup!
