Yes, It is equivalent to MBA (i.e PGDHRD in MBA) Course and has option to do specialisation in Finance / Marketing / System / Operations. NIHRD Conducts it through Correspondence or Online / Full-time mode. But, AICTE banned the Institute after 2007.

I guess u r working that is why u want to persue correspondent MBA. U just need to register with a course and give its exam at the end of the year... BTW if u r not working then full time MBA is a must.
