There is no difference in that they both believe what and how it happened (because they both have the same book, Genesis, describing creation), but Christians believe that Jesus created the universe (John 1:1-18), and Jews denounce that Jesus is God.
The above is partly true. It is partly by the fact that both the Jewish faith and Christian faith both believe in how "life" was created.
The difference is that Christians believe Jesus to be the Messiah, or Saviour. Jews do not.
They primarily believe in the same story of Creation, with six days and the Garden of Eden. The main difference is the Christian concept of original sin which comes out of the Creation story and the Jewish belief that Adam's act defined sin but did not create an inherent sin in humanity.

They are two completely different ethic groups. Most Arabs are either Muslim or Christian. Hebrews (called Jews today) are Jewish.
The main difference between the First Crusade and the Second Crusade is that the Christian forces successfully captured Jerusalem and surrounding lands in the First Crusade and experienced heavy losses in the Second Crusade. Both crusades were formed to reconquer Muslim lands that had been previously Christian and/or Jewish.
