Interactive web pages are exactly what the name implies. WikiAnswers pages are interactive web pages. Interactive pages are normally database driven (but not always) web applications that allow users to enter data, manipulate data, and perform other tasks. E-Commerce, on the other hand, is more specific. E-Commerce sites all use interactive web pages. The difference in this case is that E-Commerce sites are specifically geared towards the buying and/or selling of products and/or services.
