In the Manhattan Project they worked on two different designs for nuclear weapons. The idea is to make a critical mass which causes a chain reaction. You do this by compressing the material violently with conventional explosives. The Little Boy used an internal cannon to shoot a projectile into a mass of uranium to compress it. The Fat Man used a sphere of plutonium surrounded by a 'shape charge' that would explode and compress it.
the two atomic bombs dropped on Japan
Einsteinium is not used in bombs.
All bombs are reactive. If they weren't they wouldn't be bombs. The question 'Can you make them' is NO: 'I can't make them' is my answer to you. Can you?
Yes--There are bombs that are magnetic. When two magnectics touch the bomb will go off. Sometimes it can start a charge. Bombs in general, no.
"Millions of hydrogen bombs"
-both have critical mass -both use chain reactions A P E X renaa
the names of the atomic bombs were Fatman and little boy
They were both Atomic Bombs, and both used in warfare. However, they were different designs, different sized, shape, weight, power and function.
Little boy and Fat man.
Little Boy and Fat Man .
There were few differences between the 2 atomic bombings. For example, the bomb used on Hiroshima was made of Plutonium whiles the Nagasaki bomb contained Uranium 235. Also More people died from the Hiroshima bomb than the Nagasaki bomb , mainly due to the size differences between the 2 bombs.
There were 2 atomic bombs, which were dropped onto Japan in 1945. They were called 'Fat Man' and 'little boy'.
