Yoga is to make you feel calm and relaxed and to bring peace to your mind and soul. Yoga is a type of excersise but not to make muscles and build your body. It's meant to bring peace into your life and make you feel calm for most situations. Weightlifting on the other hand is when you make muscles and work out. It's more of a pumped up work. Yoga never builds muscles... it only builds self confidence and inner strength. It's very good for the human body development.
