You definitely need as many lookouts as you have entrances/exits. Unless you have video monitoring handy.
Depending on the situation, a distraction might be helpful. If someones coming they just act as a bystander an somehow distract the target/infiltrator. (spill coffee, strike up a conversation, etc.)
Then you need as many people that are necessary to perform the task at hand.
the main point is that the people you choose need to be people of absolute trust, or they dont know your true identity or something like that.
