Yes, they are different. The Baptist bible, or any other bible that isn't catholic for that matter, has only 66 books. The Catholic bibble has many more books. These additional books, not found in your regular bible, are called the Apocryphal. These book are said to have more historical value.
There's history, such as Genesis and Exodus. There's law, such as Leviticus. There's poetry such as Psalms and Proverbs. There's prophecy, such as Isaiah and Daniel.
There are no specific number of pages , because the pages differ from bible to bible as there are different versions and types of bible.
