No effect whatsoever. When you say low quality fuel, there is really no such thing. Gasoline that you buy in an independent gas station is the very same gasoline you buy at a name brand station. Independents get their fuel from major suppliers and it comes in the very same truck. You may not be able to know what name brand gasoline you are getting but rest assured it is of excellent quality.
