Fatigue is the result of loss of energy and can be due to a lack of Stamina. Fatigue can mentally, physically, and emotionally slow the performer and occasionally occur in emotional and mental self-worth issues and depress even the greatest of performers, provided they let it get to them. A good way to avoid it is through Stamina building exercises.
The build up of lactic acid in the muscles leads to fatigue. The fitter you are the less time it takes to recover. Watch the Tour de France for an example of recovery - though overall, the many days they cycle takes a toll - leading to the best (having gained points over the stages) and (able to recover overnight) crossing the final line first.
IM no expert but as far as i know muscle fatigue breaks down your muscle fibers, Causing them to heal thicker and stronger thus increasing your strenth. BUT YOU HAVE TO ALLOW THEM TO HEAL!
