What are the effects of swallowing hydrogen peroxide?

you're question is too general,it depends of what kind of peroxide you swalow,what percentage and what amount of that percentage

first of all,nothing else then food grade should not be swalowed,cause its the only pure one and does not contain any preservatives or stabilizers or anything else

second its about the solution of hidrogen,like any other substance if its too concentrated its poison(you can kill your self with 8 oz of higlhy concentraded solution of table salt ...),so no one should use high%,get 35% food grade,and make 3% out of it,by adding for example one part(of any volume) hidrogen and 11 11 equal parts of for example destilled water

YOU WILL NOT SWALLOW IT LIKE THIS EITHER

you will pour for example 10 drops of this solution into 8 oz glass of water

then its safe

you can start by taking 5 drops in 8oz glass of water 3 times daily and progres up to about 25 drops 3 times daily,and you can stay on it as long as you want

with food grade hidrogen,diluted to 3% and then diluted further like i described,i had no side effect and i was on 25 drops of 3% hidrogen into 8oz water 3 times daily for 18 months

i heard people took eve larger doses up to 600 drops dailywithout negative sideeffects but i wouldnt like to try it since it for one thing doesnt tastes so good,plus for many people they might be upseting for stomack

as with everthing else if you take a little bit of it it will be beneficial and if you overdo it it gets to be poison,the same with salt sugar and many other things

the medications we are taking are many times more poisonous then hidrogen if taken highly concentrated,and even if taken like the doctor prescribed,

while taking hidrogen peroxide,you will feel a bit more energetic,if it happens that you catch a flue you will get well faster etc...
