Pollution can affect living things like plants, animals, and humans greatly. The air pollution, with all the gases, fumes, and such, can affect us by making us very sick, or setting off any Allergies we may have, causing sickness, and sometimes even death.
Some people also litter which makes the earth dirty. It could also pollute the air (see above). You are supposed to recycle plastic shopping bags and some people just litter them! Sometimes when you litter, animals may think it's food and they might eat it and get sick or go to death. So it's really important to not pollute the earth.
Many of the fish in rivers and streams die and birds that dive under water are coated in oil or they die under water. Water is being put at risk, one day we won't have clean water to drink.
The major effects of pollution on living things is sickness, as well as expiration and death. Pollution makes the chemistry of the soil unfit for many plants and animals.
Pollution has a massive impact on living things. It results in animals dying, mutating, or becoming injured due to unsafe habitats filled with garbage.
Externalities is a result of a certain set of things that happen in our world that impact people in either a positive or a negative way. Such as the pollution that some factories emit during the production process. The pollution emitted is a negative externality that effects the people.
Ocean pollution occurs when harmful effects, or potentially harmful effects, can result from the entry into the ocean of chemicals, particles, industrial, agricultural and residential waste, noise, or the spread of invasive organisms.
overpopulation and pollution
air pollution is caused by many things and it can be solved by people using more natural resources, which result in air pollution
Most forms of air pollution are the result of various substances that people burn, either as fuel, or as garbage to be incinerated, or by accident (as when houses catch fire). Burning releases many types of chemicals into the air, which can have a variety of unfortunate effects.
The effects of air pollution are many. Firstly, it air pollution will have a great effect on our health by damaging our respiratory system when breathing. Air pollution also effects animals, for example if it the polluted air went into a chicken boday and then we ate that chicken, it will have an effect on the chicken alive and another effect on us when the chicken is dead. The main risk of air pollution is that it result in lung cancer and skin cancer which may be deadly for humans. Moreover, for long term effects, air pollution will it destroy our ozone layer, and will be worse to inhale the air. Also, air pollution when mixed with rain creates acid rain which is bad for all living things; humans, animals and plants in a way that if this air is inhaled by a living thing, it is poisonous and risky. As we know, air pollution is increasing all over the world we can reduce it by modifying our transportation, conserving energy, reducing waste, eliminating toxic chemical use at home, and plant leafy trees.
acid rain is the result of air pollution
Marine pollution occurs when harmful effects, or potentially harmful effects, can result from the entry into the ocean of chemicals, particles, industrial, agricultural and residential waste, noise, or the spread of invasive organisms. Most sources of marine pollution are land based. The pollution often comes fromnonpoint sources such as agricultural runoff and wind blown debris.
The effects of rapid industrialization, a rapidly growing population, and as a result more factories being built can be numerous. Some effects include: more jobs, higher pollution, and a more urban focused society rather than rural farming focused society.
