Well, personally I am eating them for a variety of reasons. They help to maintain a healthy urinary tract. Also, I had a muscle injury and it was serious. Aduki Beans help muscle strain. My experience has been extremely positive concerning the Adzuki bean, aka Aduki beans. My muscle problems have healed extremely rapidly from eating Adukis almost everyday. It helps with hemmroids that I developed from having a muscle injury and not being able to exercise. I knew a woman who had her cancer in remission and Aduki's were part of her diet almost everyday. She was on the Macro-biotic diet. I feel extremely energetic, cleansed and my skin color and tone has improved. I highly recommend Organic Aduki Beans and cooking them in purified water etc... along with a healthy low fat diet... Remember the healthy fats though. Good luck.
