∙ 15y agoit depends how it is used. as with all other plant matter smoking it produces carcinogenic smoke (harmful to lungs). use a vaporizer which has been proven to be the safest method to take cannabis. it is important to note that no deaths have occurred as a result of cannabis use, remember this!!
but anyways a few joints wont hurt so go get stoned!!
