-is reliable
-takes care of themselves, health and appearance wise
-knows about workplace safety
-keeps busy
-doesn't need to be told what to do, doesn't stand around
-gets their work done quickly and efficiently
-can take charge of a situation and deal with it in an effective manner
-doesn't break down under pressure
