They could construct nuclear weapons.
India and Pakistan
India and Pakistan both gained, Nuclear Weapons.
Pakistan...
Just 2 months before nuclear test of Pakistan, India tested nuclear weapon at pokhran. Both India and Pakistan became nuclear power with almost a gap of 2 monhts. After Pakistan North Korea test its nuclear weapon.
India and Pakistan are among the Non-NPT Nuclear Weapons Possessors: India and Pakistan never joined the NPT and are known to possess nuclear weapons. Claiming its nuclear program was for peaceful purposes, India first tested a nuclear explosive device in 1974. That test spurred Pakistan to ramp up work on its secret nuclear weapons program. India and Pakistan both publicly demonstrated their nuclear weapon capabilities with a round of tit-for-tat nuclear tests in May 1998. The following arsenal estimates are based on the amount of fissile material-highly enriched uranium and plutonium - that each of the states is estimated to have produced. Fissile material is the key element for making nuclear weapons. India is believed to use plutonium in their weapons, while Pakistan is thought to use highly enriched uranium. India: Up to 100 nuclear warheads. Pakistan: Between 70 to 90 nuclear warheads. Hence, comparatively India is stronger than Pakistan based on possession of Nuclear Weapons. Lets pray none of the countries ever use them to destruct mankind!

There are two major problems with this question. First, whether Israel has nuclear weapons, it is definitely not "nuclear weapons trigger happy". Israel has not launched a nuclear missile or any intercontinental ballistic missile (even with a conventional warhead). Second, Israel maintains good relations with India and the two have a decent trade relationship. Israel and Pakistan do not recognize each other and India and Pakistan are in a long-term conflict. Therefore, if anything were to happen between the three countries, it is far more likely that India and Israel would join forces against Pakistan than for India and Pakistan to join forces against Israel.
On May 28, 1998, Pakistan became a nuclear power when it successfully carried out five nuclear tests at Chaghai, in the province of Baluchistan. This was in direct response to five nuclear explosions by India, just two weeks earlier. Widely criticized by the international community, Pakistan maintains that its nuclear program is for selfdefence, as deterrence against nuclear India. A former Prime Minister of Pakistan, Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, offered justification for Pakistan's nuclear program when he said that if India were to produce a bomb, Pakistan would do anything it could to get one of its own. It has always been maintained by Pakistan that a nuclear threat posed to its security can neither be met with conventional means of defense, nor by external security guarantees.
It is dangerous for any country to have nuclear weapons. In the case of India and Pakistan, there has been trouble between the two countries and if a war with nuclear weapons broke out between them, it would have severe consequences.
No, but it would be nice to see them have nuclear weapons, considering that Pakistan and India are nuclear nations.
