One of the first innovation was the Apple computer in the early 1980’s. It was an Apple 2e with less memory than a modern Apple Watch today. No internet and used Basic as it’s language. This was the first desktop sold to schools. It really wasn’t until the late 1990’s that a computer with internet and more memory arrived in schools. The smart board is very recent and only in the last 9-10 years it was introduced.
