The child support laws are the same for parents who are homeschooling.
{| |- | There is the law that say the parents are responsible for their child until they reach the age of majority. This is 18 in most states. And the parents get to determine where the child lives. |}
Usually it deppends on the state that you live in and their laws. In the state that i live in, at the age of 17 the child can move out of the families household and the parents still have to pay for the child's living. that is only if the parents sign a paper so that the child is legally responsible for themselves.
i live i Norway the rules it that the parents have to raise the child until the age of 18 and no child have to be forced to pay rent to live at home Child labor laws. Get a job Kid.
This depends on the state laws in which you live. In Alabama once you have a child you are considered an adult. This does not matter if you are twelve or seventeen, if you have one kid you are automatically emancipated in the laws eyes. A good idea would be to see what your state laws are on child birth and/or emancipation.
When the parents aren't married the mother has sole custody of her child. Once paternity has been established the father can petition for joint custody or visitation rights. A child support order will also be issued at that time. See the link provided below for a sample booklet on never married parents questions and rights in Massachusetts and a link for child custody laws in the US.
Yes. A father can assign his parents as guardians of his child. They will make excellent guardians while he is in jail. A father may not appoint his parents guardians if the child's natural mother is still alive and is able to care for the child. The natural parent has the prior right to guardianship, even over someone appointed by a person having equal right to be guardian. The right to appoint other people as guardians is governed by state law which may vary. You must check your own state's laws to be certain.
No, child labor laws. Unless one of your parents own it or something. Lol
There are currently no laws in Florida that govern how old a child has to be to be left home alone. It is essentially up to the parents to decide if their child is ready for it.
In the US, parents are legally responsible for their children to at least age 18 and sometimes much longer, depending on the laws of the State in which the child resides and whether the child is severely handicapped. Absent parents may be ordered to pay support.
In western (American) culture there is no accepted description of any relation between them. They are simply referred to as 'in laws' of their child's spouse.
