I have eaten at Ginza Sushi Port Orange a few times. The food has always been good.

sushi rice is normal rice with a special sushi sweetener in it you can find it in a store called Tokyo mart and the pack is orange. you just add s much a you want but every time you put some in try it to make sure that it is not to sweet
