It all depends on ur activity level whether u play sports or exercise is a factor The following are food groups and their recommended servings per day
BREADS - minimum 4, normal - 8, for active people - 8
MEAT - minimum -1, normal - 1, for active people - 1.5
VEGETABLES - minimum - 4, normal - 4, for active people - 7
FRUIT - minimum - 3, normal - 3, for active people - 4
DAIRY - minimum - 2.5, normal - 3, for active people - 3.5
EXTRA - maximum - 2
