i have been dipping Grizzly wintergreen for about 6 years, what i feel when i dip is kind of light headed and a little more relaxed, its kind of like taking 1 or 2 hits of Bud. a lot of people say it will stain your teeth but mine are white as can be. but if your talking about some MAJOR side effects, that would be white patches in the lip, bumps, sores, and thickness in your cheek and possibly cancer a few years later. to lower the bad side effects my dentist said to dip on one side for 1 week then switch to the other side of your mouth. and another thing ive seen a lot on the internet is that you will not see any major side effects like cancer until about 5 years of dipping but the only major thing ive had is a couple sores every now and then so im not too worried bout it. i would suggest brushing your teeth after every dip.
