It's usually slightly different in the UK from in America.
In the UK it's:
bust: 28-36"
waist: 20-26"
hips: 30-36" (36" is probably the biggest but you do get some)
that's from the smallest to the biggest really and you need to be in proportion
height: 5'8" and over
any smaller and you are limited to the work that you'll get- 5'7" is the minimum really, though there are 'petite' modelling agencies for women under 5'7
