Let's talk some the better ways to effectively clean your hot tub water and keep it clean. With the onset of more and more jets in a hot the most important part of keeping the water safe from contaminants is to make sure the piping is clean from bio-film. You will need a strong cleaner that can not only eradicate the bio-film in the piping but also get rid of it from the pipes and keep the pipes from building up more bio-film.

The only product on the market that does these three things is the Ahh-Some Bio Cleaner for Hot Tubs. Sanitizing a hot tub is done a number of ways, but the use of oxidation with chlorine or bromine is most common. Safety First :

It's very important to change the water and clean the Spa every 3 months ....

Unplug 110V spas; turn all breakers off on 220V spas.

If you haven't used your hot tub in awhile, but the water's been sitting in it, use System Flush to clean out any mold, organic matter or bio-film from the Plumbing lines. Let sit overnight and then drain.

If you only want to clean your spa, just drain the water out of the Spa.

Remove the filter according to the instructions provided by the hot tub manufacturer. Lay the filter on the ground and spray it with a hose to loosen any dirt or particles that may have gathered in the spa.

For a better filter cleaning , soak the filter in a bucket filled with water, and add some spa filter cleaner It will dislodge any trapped debris and dirt.Take the filter out of the solution. Spray the filter again to rinse it, and ensure all the dirt and cleaning solution has been rinsed away.

Remove Spa pillows and clean it with a normal liquid soap and sponge , Use the steel wool scented soap lemon pad from S.O.S. gently it work very well .

Start cleaning the Shell of the spa with a sponge and soap.

Put the water hose into the jets, the pressure of the water will pass through the pipe for a perfect spa cleaning. Do it again for every jet and also for the filter pipe. .

Spray the Spa to rinse it, and ensure all the dirt and cleaning solution has been rinsed away.

Refill the Spa and always feed the hose into your filter compartment when filling. This help prevents air locks that stop your tub from heating!

The level of the water should be 1 inch under the pillows.

Put back the filter

Turn on the power

let the spa running

Add three spoon of Granular Chlorine , one cap of Spaperfect and tablet of chlorine into the filter compartment

let running for ten minutes and enjoy....

One to two hours for the temperature of 104 F. for the water.
