All people should promote racial harmony, including Muslims. The alternative is racism, discrimination, and war.
In addition, the following points need be highlighted:

- Quran says (meaning English translation): "O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted." (49:13). This confirms that the only evaluation criteria among people is their piety and good deeds for mankind benefit.
- Islam limited the widely spread slavery through rewarding those who free slaves, and ruling freeing slaves as an approach to seek God forgiveness when committing sins. Examples are Belal who was a negro slave and the Persian Salman and both became two of the leaders in Islam.
