Balios is one of the Divine horses on the game. Balios cannot be sold to other players, so the only way to get one is to earn one during a promotion or contest that Howrse holds. There are many, many kinds of promotions, and a lot of them (but not all) give you a chance of earning a Divine or Speical horse.

FIrst of all, you are only allowed to have ONE account per person on howrse. Anyway, you have to scrimp. Send your horses out for lessons, board at a cheaper equestion center. Sell all of your poo and apples andturnips, put your horses in the meadow instead of paying for forage. GO to the have if you have a high enough riding level, and stroke the horses.
