FIrst of all, you are only allowed to have ONE account per person on howrse. Anyway, you have to scrimp. Send your horses out for lessons, board at a cheaper equestion center. Sell all of your poo and apples andturnips, put your horses in the meadow instead of paying for forage. GO to the have if you have a high enough riding level, and stroke the horses.

You dont neccisarily 'make' your own pasture on Howrse. You have to go to the 'Equestrian Centre' page and then go to the market from there. From there you will see a tab labeled meadows. (Or something close to that). You have to buy your meadows for the horses at your EC. If you are talking about the meadows you put your own horses in, it works the same way. Why don't you get passes for your new Howrse account in the quests?
Because HOWRSE has to make money somehow so they dont just hand the mout. They make you buy passes with real money. But I wish they didn't!!
