∙ 15y agoAll types of dogs will grow to some point. The smaller breeds obviously will grow less. Of the smaller breeds an informal sub-breed type called a "teacup" will grow the least. Teacups are found in poodles, Chihuahuas, pomeranians, yorkies and a few others. While these very small dogs are extremely sought after, a lot of people do not realize they have significant health risks as well as a hefty price tag. The toy sized versions of these breeds are still small and require a lot less vet visits and are normally half the price.
