The nations include:Barbados, Aruba, Antigua, St. Vincent, St. Lucia, Grenada, The UK/US Virgin Islands, Martenique, Guadeloupe, Dominica, St. Martin, Grenadines, and there are often people who include the island of Puerto Rico in the Lesser Antilles rather then the Greater Antilles
