What are the names of the trees in the Garden of Eden?

In the book of Genesis, Adam and Eve are told to not of the fruit of a tree in the center of the garden. The fruit is not identified by name but it is supposed to impart the knowledge of good and evil.

Knowing that they would now be tempted to eat the fruit of the Tree of Life and gain immortality, God drove them from the Garden of Eden and placed cherubim (sing: cherub)and a flaming sword at the entrance to keep [block] the way of the Tree of Life. This story is an allegory and the fruit was symbolic of man's yearning for immortality.
