12. To educate and equip the members to meet the challenges of tomorrow through meetings and seminars .

13. To maintain close contacts with world bodies and represent matters affecting travel and tourism industry in India .

14. To gather useful information on travels and disseminate them to members for their guidance .

16. To establish libraries and reading rooms . To provide facilities and to get the association affiliated to similar bodies .

To acquire by purchase, gift, lease, grant, bequest or otherwise building and other movable properties or rights therein privileges attached thereto and to hold, manage, develop, sell, mortgage on lease or otherwise dispose of such assists which will be deemed necessary or convent for any purposes of the Association .

18. To accept gifts, donation, raise subscriptions from the members of the Association or other persons for providing income to the association, on such terms and conditions as may deem proper and necessary for the fulfillment of the aims and objects of the Association .

19. To borrow from bank or other financial institutions or individuals amounts necessary for carrying out the objects of the society .

20. To engage in any activity which is included and conductive to the attainment of the above objects
