Start with fresh spark plugs and a complete set of ignition wires (plug wires and coil wire). Change the engine oil & filter. Flush and refill the transmission & change the filter. You'll need a good service shop for this. Flush & refill the radiator. Replace the air filter with a new one. It should run much better after this. Expect to spend a couple of hundred bucks.
