Cell wall (gate keeper) inflexible barrier

Chloroplast (cafetaria) Photosynthesis

Cytoskeleton (frame of a house) framework for the cell

Endoplasmic Reticulum (ER) (highway) the site of protein synthesis

Golgi apparatus (post office) packages them for distribution outside the cell

Lysosome (stomach) digests enzymes

Mitochondria (power plant) makes energy

Nucleus (computer) control center

Ribosome (factory) proteins synthesis

Vacuole (storage building) temporary storage of materials and maintains osmotic potential

nucleus (also in animal cell): "brain" of cell, controls everything

vacuole (also in animal cell): storage organelle especially for water

mitochondrion (also in animal cell): organelle that breaks down food and turns it into energy

cytoplasm (also...): jelly substance that holds other organelles

cell membrane (also...): layer outside of cell that controls what goes in and out

cell wall:layer outside of cell to give it more structure and durability ( i think, dont totally trust this)

chloroplast: organelle that converts sunlight and other stuff into food

I believe that the cell wall does protect too.

Is organelles in plant cells or animal cells?

Organelles are found in both plant and animal cells. They are the "little organs" within cells that allow the cell to carry out particular functions.

How is a Bacterial cell different from an ordnary plant cell?

A bacterial cell is a simple, or prokaryote, cell. This means it has no nucleus or other cell organelles. A plant cell is a complex, or eukaryote, cell. Plant cells have organelles.
