The pain is usually caused by inflammations in the bowel from your immune system reacting to the gluten you put in your body. There is some anti inflammatory medicine you can get at a local drug store or you can ask your doctor to be prescribed for a drug called prilosec which I have used and it helps greatly! It was prescribed to me by my doctor since I have Celiac and I've felt much better ever since. Hope this helped!
