A greater understanding of the human body will be achieved by knowing the role of all genes as well as the proteins they produce, how genes interact, and when and why these genes are active. The risks, however, are not as obvious as the benefits. This atlas of the genome will be made available to to anyone with internet access leaving possible viewers in the realm of bioterrorism.
