The requirements vary with the different presidencies. You need to specify what country, college or organization your are interested in.
For the President of the United States ,
and you must be legally elected or legally succeed to a vacancy in the office of president.
To be presidient you must be born in the United States.

Third must be 35 years of age.
Finally you must not be convicted of a felloly or a crime

The vice president becomes president if the president is incapacitated, so he needs to have all the qualifications of a president, just in case.
