Yes, it is possible to score an 07 on your SAT essay, you can score anything between 2 - 12. 2 being the lowest and 12 the highest. Two essay readers will score your essay and each will give a score between 1 - 6, these two scores will then be added together to give your final essay score.
Yes, the SAT begins with an essay. You have 25 minutes to complete your essay and the highest score you can get is a 12.
yea! im 12 and mine was 1320...gosh that's like a 760 point difference. Altleast my essay was an average score
Your SAT score is out of 2400. Each section is scored out of 800 points. SAT Essays are graded by two essay-graders on a scale from 1 to 6. The two scores are added together to give you your essays core. The essay score is out of 12 and is factored into your writing score.
i don't know but im 12 and i got the same score as you
I'd say yeah. I got a 1492 in 7th grade, which was supposed to be pretty good. Congrats on the score
well there isn't a particular number to pass the SAT's you get these types of grades to do with your ability on the SAT'S eg: 1C,1B,1A,2C,2B,2A,3C,3B,3A,4C,4B,4A,5C,5B and 5A. ( you can go even further). REMEMBER: SAT'S are a time for you to show off in your ability to read, write and do mathematics.
idk but ask .com relly do suck lyke hell dis year c/12
a 12/12. Two people grade your writing test. One person grades it out of 6 and the other person grades it out of 6. Then the two scores are added. So if one person grades it a 4/6 and another grades it as a 5/6 you get a 9/12. If the people who grade your essay have a difference of 2 or more in their scoring than a 3rd person comes and scores your essay too. So if one grades you as a 3/6 and another grades you a 5/6 would require a 3rd grader.
you get a math score, a critical reading score, and a writing score. each section is out of 800 points. for the class of 2008 and possibly the class of 2009, colleges are only looking at the math and critical reading...writing is not a factor yet. to calculate overall score (the one that the college will look at...the one out of 1600 points) add your scores from math and critical reading together. say if you got a 500 on math and a 560 on reading, you would add those together and get a 1060/1600. if you want the new score (incorporating writing, so out of 2400), add the scores from math, reading, and writing together.
