Where is the Memphis belle today?

The B17F named "Memphis Belle" was "repossesed" by the US Air Force some 3 or 4 years ago because they did not think Memphis was taking care of it. It is undergoing compete restoration which will take 8 years. I think it is at Wright-Patterson AFB, the home of the US Air Force Museum, but parts of it may be scattered to various contractors. For example, before the Air Force took it away, the brakes and tires were being restored at Honeywell Maintenance and Repair Facility at Memphis.

Was the markings of the Memphis Belle bomber accurate in the 1990 movie named 'Memphis Belle'?

The B-17 bomber named "Memphis Belle" depicted in the movie is not the same model. The Memphis Belle was a Model F, which was distinguished by the large square window on each side of the nose that had a machine gun mounted through it. This window did not have rounded corners but were squared off. The markings were almost correct except for the main item; the nose art. The nose art depicts a girl talking on a telephone and wearing a swimsuit but with her head turned away. On the real Belle, the girl on one side was a mirror image of the one on the opposite side. However, the one on the LEFT wore a BLUE swimsuite and the one on the Right wore a RED one. The colors were the same on the plane in the movie. Also the name of the aircraft was written in small block letters on the real Belle and not in fancy script letters at an angle as seen in the movie. A color documentary was made of the 25th mission of the Memphis Belle directed by William Wyler. This provides a good reference to the aircraft markings. The Memphis Belle completed its 25th mission on 19 May 1943 but not all the crew had completed their 25 missions. The crew member names used in the movie are not factual: there was no Danny nor a Virgil. The Memphis Belle was brought back to the States and flown around the country to raise money. Many other pilots flew the aircraft while it was on this tour. The Memphis Belle was saved from the scrap pile by the City of Memphis and kids who raised money to buy it. The US Air Force Museum took over the ownership and allowed Memphis to keep the airplane as long as it was protected from the elements. Just recently, the USAF reclaimed the Belle and it was disassembled and trucked to the Musuem, where it is undergoing an 8-year restoration.
