Trucks - 1999 Rolling Thunder Part 2 Engine Fitment was released on:
USA: April 2010
First - Make sure the sensor is a genuine Toyota replacement part. There a clip fitment at the bank - use a screw driver to release the fitment. Use small rench at the bottom of the wire to release the sensor. Replace and Start. Run for few minutes and rev the engine until warm/hot. Lights will go off OR resent the code.
It would take a whole new engine. You can fit a Corvette engine in the engine bay. It's all in having the correct motor mounts and proper transmission fitment.
MythBusters have confirmed that a rolling stone does gather moss. You can go check it out into the Internet by typing into a search engine : mythbusters rolling stone
I'd suggest getting a good used engine that is exactly the same as original from a wrecking/recycling yard. If the unit had a 3.1 L V6 replace it with the same engine to minimize fitment issues.
The Thunder Jet was the standard engine in the Cobra. There were 7,675 Cobras made in 1970. I cannot find a breakdown on how man came with the standard Thunder Jet engine and how many came with the Cobra Jet & Super Cobra Jet engines.
Most Likely. Both produced by ford.
Not for fitment issues but the WRX tranny is considerably weaker than the STi tranny and the extra power from the STi engine stands a good chance of causing a failure in the WRX tranny (especially the weak 2nd gear).
once your going fast enough you have to drop the clutch and it will roll the engine
passenger side of engine compartment between engine and firewall red handle
they came with three engins . 2.3l turbo. 3.6lv6. 5.0l v8 The v6 engine is actually a 3.8 liter
The engine will have to work harder to get it rolling.
Depends on what accommodations your aircraft can support.
