First - Make sure the sensor is a genuine Toyota replacement part. There a clip fitment at the bank - use a screw driver to release the fitment. Use small rench at the bottom of the wire to release the sensor. Replace and Start. Run for few minutes and rev the engine until warm/hot. Lights will go off OR resent the code.
