There is not one nation on this planet that respect, or follow, the UDHR and or the ICCPR when arresting or detaining anyone. Justice, more so in 'modernized countries,' is worse in actual practice than that of the purported corrupt 3rd world countries.
UDHR stands for Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) was adopted on December 10, 1948.
UHDR is Universal Declaration of Human Rights
The charter is a law and the UDHR is a document that isnt legally binding. The UDHR is a decloration countries should follow, not all countries do.
These rights are outlined within the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR).

Hitler violated the UDHR in many ways. In Article 1 the UDHR states that everyone has the right to life. During World War Two About 6 million is generally given the number of Jews killed during the Holocaust under Hitler. This is how Hitler completely violated article one of the UDHR
The main difference between the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) and the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) is that the UDHR is a non-binding declaration adopted by the UN General Assembly, while the ECHR is a legally binding treaty adopted by the Council of Europe that establishes a regional system for the protection of human rights in Europe. Additionally, the ECHR includes a mechanism for individuals to bring complaints of human rights violations against states to the European Court of Human Rights.
30 articles are contained in the universal declaration of human rights created in 1948
The following are four common characteristics of human rights:• UNIVERSAL/INTERNATIONAL: The rights are applied fairly and equally to allcommunity members.• INALIENABLE: The rights recognize the need of traditionally marginalized orsilenced community members.• INDIVISIBLE: Individual rights do not threaten or diminish other human rightsidentified in the thirty articles of the UDHR.• INTERDEPENDENT: Individual rights strengthen or promote other human rightsidentified in the thirty articles of the UDHR.
