The only version of Polish Poker I have played does not require dice. The game is dealt out with 6 cards to a player. These cards are arranged face down in three columns of two cards each. Any two cards are then flipped to reveal their values. The object of the game is to match cards in columns to minimize the column value. Number cards are valued at their face value, jacks are valued at -1, queens at 30, and kings at 0. Thus a column with a king and jack would score a value of -1, likewise a column with an 8 and 9 would score 17. In the case of matching cards in a column, the column value is zero, thus an 8 and an 8 in a column value at 0. The suit of a card is not used in the game.

Cards are drawn from the remaining deck (usually composed of two standard 52 card decks, minus the dealt cards) Players take turns drawing in clockwise motion from the dealer, choosing to trade with wither a face-up or face down card in their hand, or discarding the drawn card if it is undesireable. The next player in the rotation may then choose either from the unturned deck, or from the last card discarded.

Play continues until one player has turned face up all cards in their hand. Each remaining player then gets one final draw to create the best hand. After that all cards are revealed and totals calculated.

Example:
A 4 J
K 4 6

Total for this hand is one point for the AK, zero points for the 44, and 5 points for the J6, for a total of six points for the hand.

Special rules - if a player can create a set of two columns with identical card values (i.e. four 4's in side by side columns), at the completion of a hand all other players will receive an addition of 40 points to their totals. If a player can create three sets of identical columns (i.e. 6 kings, or all kings as it is) at the completion of the hand all other players receive an addition of 60 points to their totals.

Example:
5 5 K
5 5 3

Player's hand is valued at three points, all other players receive 40 points plus their total for the hand.

Example:
7 7 7
7 7 7

Player's hand is valued at zero points, all other players receive 60 points plus their total for the hand.

Play continues until one, or all but one, player have reached a predetermined point total.

These are the rules for Polish Rummy. When it is a person's turn, they have to draw a card from the deck or take cards from the discard pile. Each player can then lay down three of a kind or a run of three cards with the same suit. A player can add to another players laid down cards when it is their turn. The game ends when a player runs out of cards in their hand or the draw pile is gone. The winner has the most points from the cards that were laid down.

When do you have an Exodia in poker?

If by Exodia you mean a group of cards that can signify an automatic win (based on the Yu-Gi-Oh! card game), then there is no equivalent in a normal game of poker. If all cards are played at face value, then there is no cards which will ensure you a winning hand. There are certain groupings of cards which will highly increase your chances of winning (a royal flush is your best bet), but there is no automatic win in a normal game of poker.
